The Billionaires Secret Meeting

Hello!  It’s another great week for online profits..  I found this video very inspiring..

Behind closed doors on a New York campus, Warren Buffet, Ted Turner, David Rockefeller, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, and other billionaires held a secret meeting.  You can imagine what kind of POWER this group of billionaires have..  but they met for one reason:

NEED!

Collectively, they have given away over 70 BILLION dollars since 1996 and recently, it seems like there are so many issues that the world is facing – this group wants to put their heads together and see what kind of impact they can make in the least amount of time.

I think right now more than ever – people are in NEED!  This is one of the reasons I try to pour my heart into everything I do and train people as much as possible (for free!)  I was fortunate to live a mile from well-known marketing legends and big-shot gurus so I absorb every piece of information.  If I can pass that on and help people truly succeed and not only that, be happy – then that’s worth paying it forward.

Did you catch that?  Success and Happiness – Two different things.  I know too many guru’s who are financially happy but emotionally unfulfilled.   (probably due to the fact that they’ve had a single goal that they’ve been trying to reach for many years!)  And what happens to their other goals?  They get put on the backburner.

So how do you balance both?

Routines, Traditions, and Kaizen!

Kaizen (改善, Japanese for “improvement”) is a Japanese philosophy that focuses on continuous improvement throughout all aspects of life. When applied to the workplace, Kaizen activities continually improve all functions of a business, from manufacturing to management and from the CEO to the assembly line workers.[1] By improving standardized activities and processes, Kaizen aims to eliminate waste (see Lean manufacturing). Kaizen was first implemented in several Japanese businesses during the country’s recovery after World War II, including Toyota, and has since spread to businesses throughout the world.[2]

After World War II, Japan had to rebuild, and through this process of taking “baby steps” to improve their country, they were able to build their country into a powerhouse.  I use this practice in my business every single day.  What can you do today to get more buyers, increase your monthly income, enjoy time with your family and friends, spend more time with your kids..

Create checklists – and take “baby steps” to creating that type of lifestyle that you want.   I’ve broken down starting your own blog in 7 easy days.  I’ve posted step by step videos showing you how to install it for less than $30.

If you don’t have a blog, what are you waiting for?

Kaizen..

And if you haven’t built those family traditions like Wednesday Night Cookouts in the Backyard or Friday Night Game Night, what are you waiting for?

Kaizen..

We’re sort of all in this together, and whatever we can do to help each other out – let’s do it!  Let’s succeed together.  Let’s fail together.  And everything in between can be fun if you make it fun.

Onwards and Upwards,

Kit

Thanks Bonnie – Thanks Tim! Every Wednesday, we have a cookout and someone on my block brings food. There are four different families so you just have to cook 1 time per month. Not bad and good times are had by all! It’s a blast.
