I’m really not trying to domain squat, but my Adsense for Domains have started paying for the $9 a year renewal fee and then some!

One domain name that keeps coming up is DeliciousDelivery.com.  It’s just a domain name, yet it’s been on people’s radar for years now.  I’ve received a $2,000 offer over the weekend for it.  I’ve received a $10,000 offer last year.  And I’ve been in talks to lease the domain name out.

I turned them all down.

Why?

Domain Names are now prime real estate.  Five years ago, I could get some pretty decent domain names but not now.  I’m holding on to all 1400 of my domain names   zcreditcards.com might be worth something someday! LOL

So here’s the plan:

Over the next 30 days – I’m going to take that website and customize it into a passionate foodie blog with advertisements, affiliate links, list building opt-ins, and Adsense all in place.  And I’m going to document every step so you can see first hand how easy it is. Watch what I can do with DeliciousDelivery.com (and how fast!) and how I can build that site into a $500 or more per week website within months.
