@JohnnyOptimist Thanks for the mention, we do have a great referral program- 5% for life of the commissions of each publisher you refer! We're also offering an additional referral bonus this month- ask your publisher manager for details on that. @Robin- It could be good to post CPA offers on your blog, but only if they're audience appropriate. You don't want to post misc. offers just for the heck of it, that could actually hurt your earnings.

Yep! I've been using Rent a Coder and Elance for the past five years, and they have been a lifesaver. Remember the idea of taking these links and coding them with my affiliate id? Well, I found someone on Rent a Coder to do that... His price: $10.

I agree! Have you heard that saying, "10 percent of the things you do account for 90 percent of your income!" I've been concentrating lately on doing the 10 percent things, and outsourcing the rest. This seems like an outsourced project... What's that worth on Rent a Coder? $20 Let me post that on Rent a Coder and see!

I don't know if this is something you want to do, but you could use a referral link on each of them that give referral bonuses. IE, I was reading the T&C on Market Leverage last night and they pay for referrals, so that link you have above could be made into a referral link just by signing up w/ Market Leverage and then putting the correct tracking code in. (I haven't done that on my sites yet either, but it is the plan to do so once I start signing up for them.)
